Prof. Geetika Mudali has done her B.tech. from Osmania University, Hyderabad and MS from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), USA. She is the Placement director of the National Institute of Science and Technology since its establishment in the year 1996. Under her able guidance and supervision the placement has touched many record breaking heights. For many companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Sankalp Semiconductor, Tech Mahindra, Broadcom, Netlogic, IBM, Capgemini, Myntra, Microsoft, Google and many others, the institute has become the most sought after placement destinations. It is for her initiative, the institute has one of the best Career Development Divisions which makes the students industry-ready by training them GD, Interview, development and training skills and also prepares them for higher studies. Apart from all these she is also a faculty in the department of computer Science Engineering and her teaching and research interests lies, in the areas of data warehousing, data mining, RDBMS, Cloud computing, and Data analytics. For her stupendous work, she has been awarded the women of Odisha Award in 2018.
